Hello, we are Mads & Lee!
We are just two gals who have a love and passion for the ocean, surfing, and innovation. Sore arms and achy backs from our round-trip treks were taking a toll. So we both thought, why hasn’t someone invented something that helps surfers carry their logs and paddleboards? Why couldn’t that be us?!
We come from backgrounds in art, and business, and are Cal State alumni! We love to create while also remaining environmentally sustainable, so we knew we could make this happen.
We spent several months designing and perfecting our surfpurse templates and patented technology.

We strive to make our surfpurses as sustainable as possible. Many of our straps are made with upcycled materials including old boat covers, used denim, and old wetsuits. In addition, we make every surfpurse by hand ourselves.
